Hi My Loves,
I recently went to a restaurant called Dim T in London Bridge. It serves Asian Oriental Food i.e. Chinese, Thai etc…
Dim T has 7 restaurants; 5 in London and 2 in other parts of England, Winchester & Whiteley.
As a vegetarian, at first I was a little nervous to try out a new restaurant as I thought there will be limited choices for me, but I was wrong.
The food choices for both meat-lovers and vegetarians like myself were amazing. I really liked the menu (food & drinks) as soon as I looked at it, there was so much choice for me. The best thing was when the waiter said it would be spicy, it was spicy; when mild, it was mild (thank God – not a lot of restaurants stick to this). The variety of spices used, made the food so yummy.
Some of my favourite dishes from the menu were:
-Vegetable Spring Rolls
-Spicy Vegetable Steamed Dim Sum
-Tofu Yaki Soba
-Edamame (from the sharing platter)
-Dessert: Passion Fruit Cheesecake
-Dessert: Chocolate Bento Box
The view from Dim-T at London Bridge was stunning, which made it extra enjoyable for me. I have always liked to dine with a view and this was the perfect location for a get together with friends, with work colleague, a date night or even a social/business event.
To finish (the icing on top), their bar is extravagant. The choices of wine, cocktails and tea was prefect to tingle everyones taste buds. I would recommend you to try…
White Wine: Sauvignon Blanc Frost Pocket
Rosé: Maison Saturnin
Cocktails: Passion Fruit Fizz
Fruit Lemonades: Raspberry or Passion Fruit
I highly recommend a visit to Dim T.
If you do visit any of their 7 restaurants, let me know all about your experience there. Thank you to the Manager of Dim T and my 2 waiters for being so kind to me and my friends,
(Paulo – I’m giving you a promised shout out! You looked like Corbin Bleu by the way)…
Love Bhav xxx
